French Omelette
- Whisk eggs through a mesh strainer
- Cook on low heat
- Mix eggs lightly until all parts of the eggs are cooked but still slightly runny
- This will let you coat the entire pan with eggs
- Once the eggs are fully cooked
- Add internal ingredients
- Add butter to one side of the pan
- Roll Omelette gently, letting the butter melt underneath to help release
- Plate and rub top with butter
- This will help with Garnishes sticking
- Apply Garnish
