French Omelette

  • Whisk eggs through a mesh strainer
  • Cook on low heat
  • Mix eggs lightly until all parts of the eggs are cooked but still slightly runny
    • This will let you coat the entire pan with eggs
  • Once the eggs are fully cooked
    • Add internal ingredients
    • Add butter to one side of the pan
    • Roll Omelette gently, letting the butter melt underneath to help release
    • Plate and rub top with butter
      • This will help with Garnishes sticking
    • Apply Garnish
